Refund Policy for Stylishdude

At Stylishdude, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, this policy outlines exactly when and how you can receive a refund. Please read it carefully before submitting a request.

1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in the exact condition you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 60 days of the date your order was delivered.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • The item must not be altered, damaged, or modified in any way.
  • All product types sold in our store are eligible, including T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Jackets, and Bomber Jackets.

2. Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of inspection approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge a restocking or processing fee. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@stylishdude.shop and include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

We will cover the return shipping and offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

5. Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stylishdude.shop with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and either issue a full refund or ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notification, please:
  • Check your bank account or credit card statement for any pending transactions.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

7. Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via store credit, gift cards, or alternative payment methods unless otherwise agreed upon.
