1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused — in the exact condition you received it.
All original tags and labels must still be attached.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must not be altered, damaged, or modified in any way.
2. Return Request Timeframe
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Requests made after 60 days will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

6. How to Send Back Your Item
Once your return is authorized:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and your original invoice.
Ship the package to the address provided in the authorization email.
Your return shipment must be sent within 14 days of receiving authorization. Returns sent after this window will not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping Costs
We do not charge a restocking or processing fee. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 7–10 business days. If the return is approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the item you want.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@stylishdude.shop with:

Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
We will arrange a free return and offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
11. Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stylishdude.shop. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notification, please:

13. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@stylishdude.shop with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
