1. Order Processing Overview

Once you place an order with us, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Our team works diligently to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you may request a return or refund once the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests submitted after this window may not be accommodated.

How to Request a Cancellation: Email us at support@stylishdude.shop with your order number and a cancellation request. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and process it promptly if the order has not yet shipped.

3. Changing an Order

If you need to modify your order — such as changing the product, adjusting the quantity, or updating the shipping address — we can accommodate those changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

What Can Be Changed:

  • Product: You may swap one item for another of equal or different value before the order is shipped.
  • Quantity: You may increase or decrease the quantity of items before the order is processed.
  • Shipping Address: You may update your delivery address before the order is shipped.

How to Request a Change: Email support@stylishdude.shop with your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make. Please do this as soon as possible to ensure we can action your request in time.

4. Changing the Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@stylishdude.shop. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it, and any redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipped Orders

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately at support@stylishdude.shop with both order numbers. If the duplicate order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it at no charge.

7. Payment Issues

If there is an issue processing your payment — such as a failed or declined transaction — we will notify you by email. You will need to provide an alternative payment method to complete your order. Orders with unresolved payment issues may be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

8. Out of Stock Products

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you promptly by email and offer the following options: a replacement product of equal value, or a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Fraud Prevention and Security Checks

To protect all customers, we reserve the right to perform security checks on orders. If suspicious activity is detected, we may place an order on hold or cancel it until further verification is completed. We will contact you directly if additional information is required.
